Got my RC18T today!! :p Just had to brag. A buddy of mine with a website received one from Associated last week so that he could review it. After seeing the bashing and track videos, I had to run out to buy it. It just came into my LHS today (Ultimate Hobbies in Orange, CA). I haven't run it outside yet, but from what I can tell from a little living room time, it's as fast as my Baja T w/ lots of upgrades. Should be fun!! I'm gonna run over to my local track soon and blow away some 1/10th scale people!

theres about 20 different mini trucks now. the one based on the m18 isnt that great though, even with the monster setup. the regular m18 is pretty crummy. the chassis will flex front, back, and side to side as well as torsioanl flex (with a lof of power, the front left rises off the ground). the chassis is very flimsy, and that uses the same chassis. i suggest the rc18t

I'm sure with United RC or Team Helotes new 7 cell packs you could easily get 40. :)
I'm getting two X71's from URC. I wonder if TH would be interested in sending me a 7 cell pack or two for comparison. :)

I'm very pleased with my RC18T. :excited: I hit 34MPH on average with a Mamba 6800 on the default settings and 6 cell GP1100 packs.

i was going to get the m18t to because i have the m18 but nobuddy knows when it is going to be released so i went for the assc 18t team truck and it is set up just like the tenth scale ,the only draw back was you have to run micro servo in it fir steering but after you get the ball cups loosened it works great i have looked at xray and assc and xray is based of the car the gear boxes look the same but added longer arms for suspension know i have a 300moter and 6cells in the truck and have purchased a mamba ??????
