A 2WD mini with an Xcelorin brushless power system, oil-filled shocks and an extended short course chassis. Too good to be true? Nope. The Mini SCT RTR has all that and more. It’s ready to run and ready to take on the competition. Not only does this 1/16 truck have a Losi radio system with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM technology, but it’s got a Sean Geiser ReadyLift licensed body with sponsor decals and generous ground clearance.

This 1/16 ReadyLift Mini SCT harnesses brushless power in a package that provides incredible control and handling. Featuring an Xcelorin 4500Kv motor, all metal gear transmission, rechargeable NiMH battery pack and charger, and a radio system with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM this short course truck has the power to blow away the competition.

Xcelorin 4500KV Brushless Motor

Designed to give you plenty of power, the Mini ReadyLift SCT requires little to no maintenance.

Xcelorin Brushless ESC

This LiPo compatible ESC features auto-cell detection and comes with a cutoff built in for 2S and 3S LiPos.

Spektrum SR300 Receiver with 2.4GHz DSM Technology

Genuine Spektrum DSM technology will ensure an interference-free experience whether you run with five other SCTS or 15.

Adjustable Oil-Filled, Coil-Over Shocks

To ensure desired suspension performance, these shocks are adjustable with included preload clips.

All-Metal Gear Transmission

The Mini SCT is ready to take on grueling off-road courses. Thanks to all-metal gear transmission, handling the included brushless power system is a breeze.

All-Terrain Short Course Tires

Whether helping you dominate the short course track or tear up the cul-de-sac, these scale-inspired tires provide wicked speed.

Chrome, Off-Road Beadlock-Style Wheels

With a look similar to their counterparts on the full-scale ReadyLift truck, the chrome wheels with simulated bead lock rings ensure power is transferred to the ground in style.

7.2V 1100mAh NiMH Battery Pack with EC2 Connectors

The Mini ReadyLift SCT includes a powerful, rechargeable NiMH battery pack and wall charger, making it easy to get started.

DSM Transmitter

DSM technology offers multiple benefits over traditional systems: No interference or glitchingyou never have to worry about finding an open frequency, changing crystals or losing control. Losi DSM transmitters only require 4 AA batteries, making them lighter in weight and less expensive to maintain. A shorter, fold-over transmitter antenna makes travel and storage much more convenient.

Features

* Durable, composite-molded centerline chassis
* All-metal gear transmission
* Adjustable oil-filled, coil-over shocks

I'm looking for some feedback from the community. The forums are lacking in member activity and posting. The rest of the site, however, is still going strong. The TRCZ RC Glossary and RC Track Locator are both incredibly popular. The RC Events Calendar is also doing good, although I need to post some more events. TRCZ Live is on-hold for now, but will no doubt be making a big return. But the forums are the "bad side" to the entire website. I fear the forum is making the overall site look bad. So I ask the question, what should be done with the forum? I simply don't have time to work on building up activity. There are other rc forums out there that have strong memberbases. TRCZ never has and never will be primarily a forum. It is an information site, plus TRCZ Live.

The forums have a great deal of information and countless people come across the threads through Google and such. Closing the forum down would be a heartbreaker for me, as the forums have been in existance since 2003, and it would remove a lot of good information and history of the site (RC of The Month/Year for example). Keeping it open, though, makes the site look run-down and inactive, which aside from the forum, is very untrue. I've given up on trying to get the forum to be very active, but want to make it clear that TRCZ is never going to close down. Ever. Thats a promise I made many years ago. I've run TRCZ for nearly half of my life, and have invested thousands of dollars and years of time (heavy time and even non-stop days) of work in to the site. But I'm concerned about the forum.

Thoughts?
